How to track my order?

If you have selected a tracked service when placing the order then simply head over to your account on our website (If you have one) then you can log in there and go to order history to track your order.

If you do not have an account or are a guest user, then we will always send an automated order dispatch email along with any tracking information.

How can I cancle my order?

The best way to cancel an order that has not been dispatched, is to place the order on hold via the "contact us" page on the website.

On that page, you can also call us or "submit a ticket"

How can i put my order on hold

We have the ability to place your order on hold before it has been dispatched.

To do this, simply pop over to our "contact us" page on our websites and enter your order number + postcode.

This is perfect for if you have spotted a mistake straight away.

Please note that we cannot hold any order that has already been dispatched.
